We have QCC (Quality control circle) activity in order to encourage all employees to participate in expressing and developing their own abilities through learning from each other. This activity give us the proud which be generated by all member from the lower level up to the upper level that we will get the unity from this activity.

It also creates a good corporate culture to occur as well which will be beneficial to the organization in response the customer satisfaction, cost reduction and increase working efficiency.
