Privacy Notice of Personal Data Protection Policy
NT Tool (Thailand) Co., Ltd. would like to announce its intention to complying with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the rules or requirements that the Personal Data Protection Committee has announcements or regulations in accordance with the powers prescribed by law. To provide personal information of customers, partners, employees and/or those related to the Company's business have been collected, used, disclosed securely which use for the purposes of the Data Subject has consented. Then commit to maintain the confidentiality of personal information and other necessary by announcing the privacy protection policy as following.
1. Personal data
The data about an individual which be identified either directly or indirectly, which covers the personal data of employees, customers, partners, job applicants, include business contactor or receive and provide services.
2. Respecting the right to privacy
The Company and all level of Management agree to respect the privacy of employees, customers, business partners, job applicants and business contactor or receive and provide services, to be the most important as required by law or higher.
3. Collect, use or disclose personal data
3.1 The Company will collect personal data only as necessary and inform the personal Data Subject of the clear purpose of collecting personal data, and notify the end time of data use. As personnel management within the organization such as applying for a job, employment contract, employee profile information, etc., or contacting or doing business together as a customer, partner, service provider or service recipient, that require to collect, use, processing or disclosure for doing business together as partners or as required by law only. Then must have the consent letter by paper or electronic systems in advance, except an emergency as required by law as an exception.
3.2 In case the personal data must be sent to external organization or foreign countries, the Company provides agreement with external organization or destination countries to provide and process the strict secure as of data protection laws.
4. Security of the Personal Data
The company will provide a security system to collecting and processing of data, by only person whose have been appointed to be responsible or authorized to use the personal data, who can access to the personal data which under the control, approval, review, and order by the Data Controller so as not to cause any damage with the Data Subject.
5. Sensitive Personal data
In case the Company has the necessary to collect the sensitive personal data, such as ethnic, religious beliefs, health, disability physical and criminal history data, etc. for the benefit of the Data Subject. The company will explicitly request the consent from the Data Subject, and use it carefully for objective as stated.
6. Rights of Personal Data Subject
The personal Data Subject has the right to access their personal data, check, request for data transfer, amendment, deletion, and withdraw consent of that data easily at all times while it is kept in accordance with the regulations of the Data Protection Act. If have declination of the Data Controller or the Company, must be subject to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
7. Prohibiting anyone from committing a personal data breach
The personal data which maintain by the Company will be kept as like the Company's asset. To prohibit anyone to do anything with infringement, attempt or accessing data without the consent of the Data Subject or approved by the Data Controller. Including disclose to others or access for personal gain, modify, delete or destroy this data either direct or indirect.
8. Penalty of violator
Any employee who intentionally or unintentionally violates the policy, regulations or measures related to this personal data act will be subject to punish according to the company regulations at the highest rule and/or will be prosecuted, both civil and criminal, to pay compensation for the damage caused or to be imprisoned as required by law
The company therefore announced a policy for employees and all involved to strictly comply with this policy and/or any other rule that relate with this policy to achieve its objectives and comply with the Personal Data Protection Act.
Therefore, it has been announced and implemented since June 1, 2022.
